My Why
I do this work because I’ve seen, personally, what happens when the system fails patients. My dad showed early signs of dementia in his 50s, and over the next decade I watched him lose his independence completely.
That experience made my purpose very clear: great science only changes lives when it reaches people in the real world and commercialization is the discipline that makes that happen.
I stay committed when things get challenging because I built my career in the hardest parts of the journey — uncharted territory, high stakes, no clear playbook.
I founded Alpenglow Ventures as the natural next chapter; a platform bringing together strategic advisory, market creation, executive coaching, and deep advocacy for brain health under one unifying mission: ensuring that transformative innovation actually reaches the patients who need it.
