About Me
I was trained at New Ventures West in San Francisco, a pioneering coaching school known for its Integral Coaching methodology – a whole-person approach to leadership development
Their approach emphasizes developing the coach - and the client - as a whole person, not simply applying techniques. It integrates awareness, embodiment, relationship, and practice so that growth becomes sustainable and lived, not merely intellectual.
That philosophy deeply informs my work.
I believe leadership growth is not about fixing people. It is about helping leaders expand their capacity: to navigate complexity more skillfully, relate more effectively, act with greater intention, and lead from a place that is both grounded and authentic.
Many of my clients are already accomplished. They are not looking for formulas. They are looking for a trusted, thoughtful partner to help them grow into the next level of their leadership.
